Making the world a safer, more consensual place to exist, one nervous system at a time.

As a highly sensitive neurodivergent person I struggled with the head down approach of talking therapies. I felt that neurotypical people were projecting their perceptions onto me, and I was struggling to be heard. Discovering somatic work was a game changer for me. Bottom up therapy allowed my body messages to be felt, seen and heard.

Training to become a Certified Sexological Bodyworker has taken me on an epic journey in understanding myself more fully, and brought together more learnings I’ve had on my path to wholeness. It has inspired me to want to take this work into the world, to allow more people to connect to the messages contained within their body. To heal parts of themselves, to be witnessed with radical acceptance.

My Core Values

Body Wisdom

The fast-paced modern world has taught us to ignore the messages our body is trying to convey to us. Kirstine believes in the healing power of slowing down enough to hear what the body has to say.

Co-creation and collaboration

Creating a unique session in collaboration with the other, incorporating consent and consensual agreements. Where the boundaries for each session include a willingness to participate and an ability to carry out the task.

Sacred Play

A form of play done with intention and focus. It is a way to connect to something larger than ourselves, a way to connect with our inner selves, and a way to find peace and joy.

Hi, I’m Kirstine.

I’m Trauma-informed and support my clients to show up in the world as a freer, more authentic version of themselves.

The terms I use to describe myself include white, queer, neurodivergent, agender, female bodied, disabled, consciously kinky, ethically non-monogamous. My pronouns are in flux, I welcome use of he, she and they.

As a child, I knew I wasn't going to be a woman when I grew up, but also knew I wasn't a boy. At the time, I had no other language to describe what that meant, and moved through the world as a cis-passing female bodied person who did not feel comfortable with the way society labelled them.

My body finally rebelled when I developed chronic illness after contracting swine flu, forcing me to stop masking and go inwards. Discovering the terms genderfluid and nonbinary in my 30s transformed my identity and allowed me to begin evolving.

I now hold space for people of all genders and sexualities to slow down, connect to themselves and find healing in discovering the unique stories held in their bodies.

What I do and don’t offer….

What I offer

✱ Trauma-informed space holding that prioritises choice, consent and agency for clients and myself.

✱ A brave, safer space that invites people of all marginalised genders, sexualities and neurotypes to feel held.

✱ A gentle coregulation of nervous systems enabling us to drop into presence together.

✱ The space to discover what you enjoy outside of the pressure of relationships.

✱ No judgement with early ejaculation.

What I don’t offer

✱ An expectation of being seen as a guru.

✱ A space that supports the dominance of men in society - the patriarchal system damages us all.

✱ Full body erotic massage on first meeting.

✱ A one size fits all package.

✱ Intentional happy endings.

  • “Kirstine holds a safe space. I trust them entirely on my journey to address trauma and transition related issues. They have a phenomenal ability to sense, understand, unlock and support the processing of trauma through the body - and a professionally appropriate playfulness to open up the joys of physical expression!”

  • “Kirstine is incredible. I had a session with them which was beautifully paced and felt safe throughout. Kirstine excels at many things but I feel to note the work around consent they have created. I learnt about my body and about how to align my communication to my actions even more than I already do. Highly recommend a session or workshop with Kirstine. Blissful!”

  • “I felt very safe in the session & it seemed to flow effortlessly & quite magically. I felt able to express myself freely in terms of inner sensations without fear of judgement. Kirstine has a natural calm curiosity and weaved a powerful session at the end of which l felt very comforted, uplifted & energetically held :).”
