Navigating the Holidays

Are you heading home for the holidays? And  perhaps spending time with people who activate your childhood wounds the most?

This workshop has been perfectly crafted to support you with that experience. We'll be taking a look at boundaries and both verbal and physical consent, and then we'll be exploring an exercise in healing ruptures in relationship with others. Unwrap the gift of transformation this holiday season.

The Alchemist's Book Group

Our next adventure begins on Monday 6th November at 7pm UK time, and runs for 6 weeks. (If you are unable to make 7pm please get in touch; I will consider a 4pm group running on the same day.)

The book we’ll be reading together is The Secret Life of Babies: How our Prebirth and Birth Experiences Shape Our World by Mia Kalef.

I made some profound leaps in my personal healing journey through learning the contents of this book. My intention is that by reading The Secret Life Of Babies together in a closed container and sharing what comes up for us in absorbing each chapter, this powerful healing work will reach a wider audience.

Tickets are on a sliding scale, with the standard price working out at £25 per session. If you do not see a price that works for your budget, please contact me directly.
